Artwork that is finished can and can't be posted online. If the client wishes the artwork to not be shared.

Depending on the complexity of the design/pose/composition for the commission, additional costs may be applied in addition to the base pricing. Rush commission costs more.

The artist has the right to decline a commission request if they find it hard to do so.

It is important for the client to send references.

After the discussion of the piece's essential details, the artist will constantly update the client with the piece and proceed to discuss any necessary adjustments in order to prevent major edits later.

Edits are allowed to be made during the sketch phase. No more big changes once the artist has started working ahead of the sketch. Additional charges may apply if so.

The artist also needs full cooperation of the client for better understanding and better outcome.

Your email is needed since that is where the artist will send the commissioned piece for the highest quality as possible.

The deadline depends on the circumstances of the artist. Therefore, there is no absolute deadline.

However, without emergencies commission takes 1-3 weeks to finish or shorter depending on the artists' schedule.

Payments will be upfront/full payment. If you paid half, the other half should be paid once the piece is done. The finalized artwork shall be sent after the payment.

If the client request big changes after the sketch phase (pose, props background, etc.) An additional +$3 USD/150 pesos each will be charged. So it is very important to tell all the necessary details during the sketch phase.

No refunds are available at the moment once the payment has been done.

Paying means you agree to the Terms of service.

The artist has the right to display the commissioned piece as samples, commission portfolio, advertisement, self-promotion and speed paint unless specified to keep it private

The client can upload the commissioned piece in their social media however please credit and keep the artists' watermark.

The client may use the commissioned piece for personal use.
